5 Ways to Combine Vodka and Ice Cream – Video and Recipes

Two of our very favorite things on this Earth are good quality Vodka and anything involving ice cream. So we went on a search for any combinations of those two things and came up with five of the very best recipes out there. These all look amazing and can really be a tremendous addition to any of your summer parties. Take a look and try to imagine having one of these amazing concoctions the next time the Mother Nature decides to top 90 degrees. Vodka Root Beer Float




2 cans Root Beer
2 oz Quality Vodka
4 scoops cinnamon toast ice cream

Split a can of soda between two large glasses and then add a shot of vodka to each.
Carefully drop two scoops of dairy-free ice cream into each glass (we used our cinnamon toast coconut ice cream), and then top off with remaining can of root beer.
Slirp, scoop and enjoy.

Orange Dreamsicle Floatini




Vanilla ice cream
Quality Vodka
Orange Soda


Mix about a can of orange soda with about an ounce Vodka (or more if you like a stronger drink). Then top it with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

The Riddler’s Revenge



1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Green Apple Vodka
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Melon Liqueur
3 oz. (90ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Top with Vanilla Ice Cream
Kiwi Syrup
Kiwi Slice

Boozy Banana Cream Pie Milkshake




2 large bananas, frozen and peeled
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla Chobani
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup graham crackers, broken into pieces (about 1/2 sheet)
3 tablespoons – 1/4 cup whipped cream flavored vodka
1 tablespoon light cream
1/4 cup whipped cream
Graham cracker crumbs for garnish


Place the bananas, Greek yogurt, ice cream, vodka and light cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add graham crackers and whipped cream and pulse a few times to combine. Add additional vodka for taste (or extra booziness).
Pour into mason jars or milkshake glasses and garnish with additional whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
