In May 2013, Hanson debuted their brilliantly labeled “Mmmhops” pale ale at the after-party for The Hangover Part III just in time for the band’s 21st anniversary. The beer, a collaboration with Oklahoma craft brewers Mustang Brewing, will be released in the fall of 2013.

Former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar is the founder both the Cabo Wabo restaurant chain and the tequila brand of the same name. In 2006, Cabo Wabo Tequila was the second-best selling premium tequila in the United States. In 2007, Hagar sold an 80% interest in the spirit for $80 million.
